    This depends on your programming and level of fitness but with purposeful training a new attempt can be measured within 2-4 weeks.

  • How do I know if I am improving?

    If you are training with purpose and consistency you can almost always see improvements in your performance. Plateuas can still happen and can be overcome with small changes in training.

  • How do I know if I am overtraining?

    Frquent injuries, lack of motivation, poor sleep, and poor recovery are all signs of overtraining. If you are experiencing any of these symptoms you should take a break from training.
